Melissa Mose | Sign Up | IFS for OCD

IFS for OCD (Self-Led ERP) is not a replacement for evidence-based OCD treatment. It is a framework for enhancing therapeutic engagement and addressing the relational, emotional, and trauma-related factors that can interfere with exposure-based treatment. Melissa Mose, LMFT, is a BTTI-trained ERP clinician who integrates IFS with evidence-based approaches.
